THE RESORT: The resorts amenities include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness center, business center with Internet, volleyball, Tennis, children’s playground and picnic area! Close to the Orlando International Airport, and is situated central to all of Orlando’s famous attractions. *Solterra Resort charges guests clubhouse fee group 1-12 guests: $35, group 13+ guests: $45 – When guests arrive they will check in at the clubhouse and provide to staff all info needed in order to get access to the club and car passes*

*THIS IS A SELF-CATERING PROPERTY. We only provide welcome amenities FIRST USE ONLY (shampoo, soap, dishwasher soap, sponge, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towel), you may provide your own supplies for the rest of your stay.
– HOUSEKEEPING:
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by our check-in supervisor to ensure all cleaning and sanitizing protocols were applied.
We use a professional company for washing and sanitizing all linen. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit.
Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee. 1 bath and hand towel per guest, 1 bed sheet and comforter per bed. There is a laundry on-site. We don’t provide extra towels and don’t provide washcloths for sanitary reasons.
*As per Florida Law, we are not allowed to leave food items in the house for guests.
*ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
– $90 – each clogged toilet.
– $500 – smoking (inside and outside).
– $100 – each moved furniture.
– $350 – frozen AC (caused when the thermostat is lower than 72°F).
– If necessary, additional cleaning/trash will be charged.
*We are not responsible for third-party services such as TV/Internet, if there may be an outage in the area, it is not refundable since they are free for guests.
*Games in the game room may be under maintenance and are not refundable, since they are free for guests.
*There is a resort fee of $35 to be paid at the clubhouse per stay
